• Cost Monitoring and Cost Value Management
• Main Contract Change Management (under a variety of Contract Forms)

• Preparation of Documentation for Dispute Management and Resolution
• Internal and External Audit Processes

I have carried out the role of sole quantity surveyor through to holding senior positions over seeing a team of commercial staff with a wide range of experience and abilities. I am comfortable with both.
