Familiar working with data dumps from PDMS models I am able to integrate site progress data to provide progress measurement solutions for either client or contractor.
Confident knowledge of accurate progress status is essential for both client or contractor in managing projects and forecasting end of job costs and schedule.
From experience with cost reimbursable contracts I offer bespoke database solutions for clients seeking robust systems to capture expended man hours data against project cost codes in line with a project work breakdown structure.
All database solutions include the provision of standard reports tailored to suit both client and projects needs.
I use the specific database software application File Maker Pro where tailored user interfaces are designed with specific access for the different personnel that are required to work and interact with the information i.e. Data Input interfaces for data clerks to input raw data and Report Retrieval interfaces for cost engineers and management personnel to obtain periodic cost reports.
My service include full on site training to personnel on database use.
