Project: EPC for Implementation of BP Bio Ethanol Project.

Services: 

• Provided commercial and contractual support services during initial set up stages of scheme.

• Managed the preparation of the Project Cost Estimate for the initial 5 schemes with an approximate value of GBP 30 million for the purpose of the client obtaining capital expenditure approval. This also involved the preparation of project cash flows for each scheme and the schemes as a whole.

• Preparation of Main Contract Monthly Application for Payment pro forma and subsequent preparation of Applications to the Client.

• Designed and implemented labour hours database using MS Access software used to record all project staff and labour hours and expenses against individual project costs codes for incorporation into the monthly applications for payment. 

• Prepared bespoke sub contract document back to back with main contract conditions

• Carried out evaluation of the early sub contract packages.

• Set up and implemented Sub Contract Liability and Payment Certificate system to monitor sub contract costs and liabilities and formalize authorization of sub contract payments.

• Cost loaded P3 schedule activities imported into Primavera P6 with the budget costs from the Project Cost Estimate for the purpose of utilizing P6's capability in producing Earned Value Analysis using fortnightly progressed updates of the project P3 schedule.
